I would like to make others aware of the superb service & care rendered by the staff @ Elder Independence. I am a multiple myeloma patient from Miami, Fl. For the last 7 yrs, I have traveled to UAMS in Little Rock 3-4 times a year for disease monitoring and/or treatment. Almost every visit requires a bone marrow biopsy with sedation. Such procedure requires a caregiver to be present at bedside prior to discharge & to transport me back to the hotel. I travel alone, so I choose to have Elder Independence provide me a caregiver for such. Every single time it has been nothing short of a great experience. The person assigned to me has always been on time, friendly, attentive & cooperative. I highly recommend the use of this agency for any & all caregiving needs. They are very professional via in-person, phone or email contact. Thank you much to Kim & her wonderful staff.
