Allayne Stevens is proud to be part of the Elder Independence Home Care family, where her lifelong calling to care for others and support families continues to guide her work.
With more than a decade of experience in the home care field, Allayne has worked closely with clients and their families — managing caregiving teams, coordinating home operations, and ensuring that each person receives thoughtful, consistent support. Her goal has always been to create calm, well-managed homes where individuals feel safe, respected, and cared for.
Allayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which deepened her understanding of people, relationships, and team dynamics. Before relocating to Arkansas to be closer to her growing family, she served as a caregiver, police department chaplain, and small-group facilitator and trainer — roles that strengthened her ability to listen, guide, and serve with compassion.
At Elder Independence, Allayne is honored to help build an environment where both caregivers and clients can flourish. She believes that when each person brings their best to the work, they create more than care — they create community.
