Our Services

Our home care team provides a “one stop shop” for a full range of non-medical services to help you or your loved one live at home and maintain the independence and quality of life that you or your loved one enjoys. We will meet with you and your family members to discuss options and to assess the services needed. Since everyone’s needs are unique, and individual care plan will be developed and periodic updates will be given, noting changes in condition or to recommending additional services. After this assessment, we will give you a firm quote on the cost of the total care plan.

In-Home Care
Your caregiver will come to your home or retirement facility to provide companionship and the non-medical home care that you request. This service is provided from four to 24 hours per day. Services may include assistance with getting ready in the morning or going to bed at night, preparing meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, or simple companionship and conversation.

Hospital Companion Care
We will stay with your loved one in the hospital, day or night, to provide the comfort and non-nursing care needed and allow you to go home and rest.

Transportation
We will take you to doctor appointments, the pharmacy, grocery store, beauty shop, or on other errands.

Home Safety Assessment and Renovation
For you to remain independent, your home needs to be as safe and accessible as possible. We will do a complete home assessment to identify safety concerns and recommend needed improvements and repairs.

Grocery Shopping and Meal Preparation
You may not need a caregiver, but would like a balanced meal prepared periodically. We will arrange for someone to buy the groceries and prepare meals as often as needed.

Daily/Weekly Phone Calls
If daily in-home care is not necessary, we will place a phone call to the resident on the schedule established in the care plan to determine if anything is needed.

Consulting Services
If you have ever been a patient in the hospital, you know how difficult it is to understand the numerous bills that you receive. We will review the bills with you to determine what is owed and the portion that is covered by Medicare or other insurance. We will also discuss the long-term care options that are available.

Respite Care for the Caregiver
If you are the caregiver in the home, you need a break to run necessary errands, attend church or social visits, or make and out-of-town trip. We will arrange for a caregiver to come to your home for the time period needed.

Lifeline
We offer additional peace of mind through the “Lifeline” service that places you in immediate contact with a designated response person or emergency services.
